Recruiting against Nevada, SJSU, SDSU, WSU, etc. is a lot easier than recruiting against Stanford, USC, UCLA, Oregon.

The recruits you need to get to be competitive at Washington is different than what it is at Boise ... the schools you are competing against have far more to offer and are far more comparable ...
We can knock Boise all we want, but when you compare what they offer comparatively to their peers versus what we offer, there's a sizable difference.
