Fall camp begins for the Washington State football team Aug. 8, and hopes are high for the Cougars this year. Several stars have graduated from last year's squad, but with both Washington and Oregon State expected to suffer down seasons, WSU appears to be looking at a fourth place finish in the Pac-12 North. With several winnable games on the schedule, the Cougars are perhaps just one upset away from a bowl berth.
