Blind Test: WR recruits

I'm going through some recent UW WRs and looking at their scholarship offers from when they committed to UW. Of course, scholarships aren't the best measure of value since different schools have different needs each year and recruit different types of players, but it's the best surrogate we have. Anyway, look at their 5 best offers and try to judge where each ranks in your mind.
1. 5'11" / 175 lbs.
Miami FL / Michigan / Nebraska / Oregon / UCLA
2. 6'3" / 200lbs.
Minnesota / NMSU / SDSU / SJSU
3. 5'11 / 170 lbs.
