Solid district/area in Texas for football players ... put up 22 receiving TDs in those kinds of leagues and you are doing something right.

Claims a 4.36. I call horsepucky on that.
Edit: But fast enough to run away from everyone he's playing against in the Hudl. He also included a play of just him blocking as a highlight. Nice touch.
