Huh. My guess is this all works out for them.

Take this shit to the Duck bored where it belongs!!!!!
(Would troll much harder there) -
So you can get admitted to UO Graduate School and not have your Undergraduate degree?
-
The guy I stole the tweet from said that it is a lot like when a HS senior gets "accepted" into a college upon the condition of not failing and/or not graduating basically.HuskyJW said:So you can get admitted to UO Graduate School and not have your Undergraduate degree?
I think Adams should just blame this on cramps, self-identify as a female, and he will get admitted very quickly. -
I would not want to be anywhere near the autzen parking lot today

When VA was live tweeting his final schedule a few months ago, I said the fact a senior is still taking Math classes as an "interdisciplinary major" is sign of academis problems. Football players that put off their minimal math requirements that long do so because they've been failing it.

Duck fans are saying that this was known all along and that he just needs to complete summer quarter. That might be true, but summer quarter at EWU ends Aug. 14, fall ball starts Aug. 10 for UO. And grades will likely take a bit of time to get back too.

Chill pepsi, they'll just Skype Vernon Adams in. No big deal.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:Duck fans are saying that this was known all along and that he just needs to complete summer quarter. Honda approves, must pass him to see what's in it.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:Duck fans are saying that this was known all along and that he just needs to complete summer quarter. So he can't pass the class when living in town and enrolled getting supposed one on one instruction...but he can from 500 miles away.
Got it.
Lemme guess...UO offered to proctor the exam -
Sven could quarterback the Ducks, and they would still win the North. Now if we're talking beyond that, then yes, definitely a possible problem. I would add that Lockie did go 8-8 for like 240 yards and 3 touchdowns in the spring game, so Lockie isn't a total scrub. But if doogs think this gives them hope for an end to the streak, then doogs be doogin.
-
Sounds like that's actually true. He wouldn't have been on the graduation list from EWU because he hasn't officially graduated yet. My guess is he gets into UO for their Fall term (i.e. finishes his remaining requirements - I don't think he's quite that big a dumbass) but I read something that says he can't officially participate in organized training sessions, or other activities, until he actually enrolls. He'll have a lot to learn before that first game but fortunately for the Ducks that one is against EWU and they wouldn't even need him for that one. They NEED him in their second game at Michigan State. Talk about being thrown into the fire.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:Duck fans are saying that this was known all along and that he just needs to complete summer quarter. There are lots of places to take Math 102. Like Lane Community College, or even (gasp!) the University of Oregon. My wife transferred a credit to St. Olaf College all the way in Minnesota from Portland State. She then started for UO that fall.
-
Point being, Oregon could bring back Jason Fife and it wouldn't have any impact on Washington's chances. This is basically a delayed BRB, JO moment for Husky fan when Oregon gets rolled in the Pac 12 championship game.HuskyJW said:

Even then, it would still delay his ability to practice another 2 weeks after Aug 10th practices start. If Adams starts, it will be mid-season if Lockie struggles or gets injured. Lockie is Oregon's starting quarterback come week 1, there is no doubt about that.AZDuck said:There are lots of places to take Math 102. I'm taking a break from looking at rocks today, so I actually looked up EWU's catalog and policies.
Seems that there is no "summer commencement" at EWU. The catalog also sez that students may participate in spring graduation (June) if they have a plan to meet requirements during the summer.
Summer term has 4-week and 8-week programs.
Also "interdisciplinary studies" is full of off-campus and online options.
So the question is when is a student "graduated" for the purpose of the graduate transfer rule? I'm guessing that VA completed either an online math class with some "tutoring" at UO or took a class to transfer to EWU. EWU states that they accept credits from all regionally accredited schools, which includes UO and LCC.
If he takes and passes the class he needs for graduation, he could have met his graduation requirement as soon as next week. How the various schools, and the NCAA, process these issues I have no clue. -

For fuck's sake, Adams is going to be there.

He's in Eugene so he has to be taking the classes, tests, whatever online. How could you possibly fail online study? Think he'll have some help there?RoadDawg55 said:For fuck's sake, Adams is going to be there.

Washington gets crushed by Oregon with or without Adams so these topics are dumb and need to LEAVE!
