Not saying what side of the fence I'm on on this one ...
But I do find it interesting that there's a lot of talk about how many Ducks crash and burn at the NFL level yet everybody is so quick to crown Chip Kelly as this great coach that is assured of winning in the NFL at a high level. -
He already bucked the trend of week 8 duck knee injuries, so there may be hope.

Ability to recruit/produce NFL players from the college level has nothing to do with whether you can corch in the league. -
Less concerned about the aspect of Kelly the coach versus Kelly the system at the NFL level.
For the record, I tend to think that Kelly is a better than average coach in the NFL and definitely an elite college coach. We'll know a lot more about Chip after this year in Philly IMO. -

If Mariota wasn't throw to the wolves and forced to start for a terrible team right off the bat, I would say he would have a pretty good career.
