I will #neverforget that day. I woke up around six o'clock in the morning. I gave myself a stretch up, a morning yawn and then went to the bathroom to wash up,
Had some soap on my face and my hand upon the cup, I asked the Mirror mirror on the wall who is the top choice of them all? There was a rumble dumble,
Five minutes it lasted, the mirror said, You are a conceited bastard!.

That's when I heard that first plane hit the tower. I was shocked....

Then I realized that today seems kinda odd. There was no barking from the dog, no smog and Mrs. Damone cooked a breakfast with no hog.
I got my grub on, but didn't pig out. And then I say the second plane hit the next tower. I knew at that point it was no accident.

Then I stepped out the house, stopped short, oh no! I went back in I forgot the Kangol. Then I dilly dally ran through a alley, Bumped into my old girl Sally from the Valley. This was a girl playing hard to get, so I said "What's wrong?" cause she looked upset. She said uh, a third plane has hit the Pentagon. Then I officially knew we were under attack.

Then I said I gotta go 'cause I got me a drop top and if I hit the switch, I can make the ass drop. then I had to stop, at a red light
Looked in my mirror, not a Hi-jacker in sight
At that point everything seemed alright
I got a beep from Kim and told me one of the towers fell. I remember thinking the horror of what must be 10s of thousands of people in there.

Then I called up the homies and I asked them all at which park, are they all playing basketball? They get me on the court and I'm trouble

Then I went to Short Dog's house, they was watching yo! MTV Raps (I thought they should have been watching the news) And we decided to play some craps. I won and I picked up the cash flow
Then we played bones, and I'm won that too.
I was relived that there was no attack in SoCal and nobody I know got killed in South Central L.A. It was still a bad day.
