    You can argue Big5 vs MWC/WAC/Sun Belt all you want. 2 BCS bowl wins at Boise St. > 1 at any Big5 school.

    Are we really not going to give him the Fiesta Bowl against Oklahoma? Also Pete won a BCS bowl against a mid-major. If we're going to not count Rich Rod telling Bill Stewart what to do over the phone we're not going to count a mid major.

    Big leagues > Little league

    Pete has one 8th place finish outside of taking over the best mid-major in the country. He was good like Slingblade is good. Once everything is place you don't need a great one to make things happen.
