But in all seriousness, organizations do have management and overhead expenses, but 90% is pretty absurd. 40%-50% overhead is generally the norm. what cracks me up the 10% travel expense. How the hell do you use up a 10% travel budget?
Clearly the purpose of the foundation is to siphon money to the Clinton's. But for fucks sakes, get your criticism right.
