Hoping is nothing, BTW. Interesting though, police and the prosecutor in King county HAVE been prosecuting verbal altercations as 4th degree criminal assault the past few years. They love the internet, because they have great evidence to take to a judge. These have even been on local TV News; relatives threatening each other etc. is VERY popular with the Prosecutor's Office.
