The “Can’t Smile Without You” singer married his longtime manager, Garry Kief, last year in a private ceremony. The nuptials were a surprise, a source said, when 50 guests were invited to lunch at Manilow’s Palm Springs, Calif., spread. Suzanne Somers was “best man” and Manilow’s assistant performed a “commitment ceremony.”
