Fetters says that Lindquist is starting to emerge as the leader of the qbs. I'm not putting a lot of stock in it because of the source, but if true, FUCK ME!!!!!

I maintain since I blacked out the 2nd half of the Hawaii game I'm not as down on Lindy as the rest of the planet. I also am a huck it chuck it whore and he has a nice deep ball.

His arm isn't the problem, we saw he can overthrow receivers by 20 yards all day long. It's his brain. I think it's fixable, and I also am not as worried about him as others since we're all just basing it on the Hawaii game, the first game of the year and his first ever.

If he gets some coaching this spring/fall and starts hitting his receivers, he could be just fine. He's got the arm and the legs, and the eyes, and a great smile and......

I would say "brain" usually isn't fixable. I take that to encompass things like 'throwing with anticipation' 'reading defenses' 'decision making'. If a QB still has issues in that department in year 3 it's highly unlikely to change in year 4 or 5.

Skeptical on Lindy (ILTCHT). Agree that the brain is rarely fixable. There is new technology out there though (stem cells), so who knows? image
