    Interesting note... Mr. Allen guaranteed public contribution would be capped at $300 Million. He then donates $300 Million back to the University of Washington to fund an institute for brain research... giving it all right back to the public.

    He truly is an amazing man. Seattle is fortunate to have him.

    He saved the Seahawks because he felt it was his civic duty and only after the city voted for the new stadium, which he partially funded with his own money. He lets people do their jobs and gives them big support without being meddlesome. He isn't an egomaniac like Jerry Jones and most other NFL owners and he doesn't need to be in front of a TV like Bob Kraft. Its just too bad the Sonics couldn't have found an owner like that.
