    Fartbama and the party of lazy & dangerous minorities are generally in favor of ISP regulation to be enacted by the FCC, so two conservative congressmen recognize a win-win opportunity to grandstand and prove to the tea bag wing of their party how tea baggy they are, regardless of whether the guy shows up or not. Good for them.
