Its amazing what a great QB recruiter Sark was. He almost got Hundley. Oh well, we got our guys. Any news on how Derrick Brown and Antivirus Sims did at the combine?
-
Any updates on Atoe's draft stock?

Lol at the internet exploding over a 4.63 40. Where do they find these writers?

GoJoeBruin.com is my source?

I read that Hundley was one of the bigger losers of the combine based on his throwing and footwork. I didn't watch so i can't judge, but my guess is that bruin site is going full broog with their analysis.
I love how they compare his time to Newton and Kap when anyone with a half of brain can see the real comparison is Locker, who ran a 4.59. -
Locker is a rare case. I'm not sure there has ever been such a bad college QB get the hype Locker did. Hundley was criticized for losing every big game, but his worst year was significantly better than Locker's best.Doogles said:I read that Hundley was one of the bigger losers of the combine based on his throwing and footwork. At what other school in college football history does a QB with a 14-26 record as a starter get listed in marketing three years after his departure as a "Legend"?RoadDawg55 said:

Hundley will be out of the league in a few years.

I think he'll stick around awhile even if he doesn't start. He's athletic and (unlike Lockner) durable. With as much dreck as there is at QB in the NFL, a lot of teams could use that as a backup.
He really should have game like a 6'3" Russell Wilson. But he doesnt. Slow decision making, inability to make deep reads, and struggles extending plays with his arm. That's where Wilson excels and Hundley has stagnated. -
This is a fun website to play around with http://mockdraftable.com/
I'm a self-proclaimed Doog for Locker, so shut the fuck up before I start, but when you look at his combine results it is really easy to see why he was picked so high and why he'll get another chance in this league.
I have awoken from my doogish slumber with Locker, but the injuries have offered a nice smokescreen to how mediocre his accuracy and decision making are. There is going to be a little "what if" surrounding his career, when in reality he just isn't that good.
