Someone needs to tell Petersen this isn't the Southwest Conference

UW staff has offered so many Texas kids in the past few weeks it is hard to keep track of.

TCU's class is filling up ... lots of Texas kids available

Just like Griswold has said, good thing Petersen is adjusting an offering more talented guys. I'm glad Petersen realizes that he needs to recruit more talented guys than he did at Boise.

Glad to see so many offers in TX, especially since we never have really recruited the state before.
From 2002 to 2012, we only offered 5 kids. It's actually pretty amazing that Petersen is really our first coach to put such an effort in TX since Scout's database in 2002. Here is a breakdown of the coaches:
Offers:
Neu (2002): . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1
Gilby (2003-2004): . . . . . . . 0
Ty (2005-2008): . . . . . . . . . 1
Sark (2009-2012): . . . . . . . . 3
Sark (2013): . . . . . . . . . . . . 10
Petersen (2014-*): . . . . . . . . 46
The next step is to actually land a few of these kids. Since 2002, we've only landed 3 kids from TX; Victor Aiyewa (Ty), Trevor Walker (Sark), and Myles Rice (Petersen). The new trend is encouraging, so hopefully it translates into better talent. -
Truly revolutionary! Clearly CP had to spend (another) year in the PAC 12 and screw up multiple recruitments before coming to that realization whereas the great football mind of KG knew this all along (with the assistance of a couple glasses of a cab that drank like a Merlot.)

So Kim was obviously wrong about Petersen's ability to recruit so now he is backpedaling by saying Petersen is "learning" and "adjusting". Be prepared to hear those terms 5 million times in the next recruiting cycle.

Yes, because there's probably going to be a lot of other people wearing purple there, too.Tequilla said:

But not UW purple.
It'll be Tequilia purple.
Which is Froog purple.
Because it's not eggplant or lavender or violet (or orchid or heliotrope or phlox) like UW's colors. -
That's assuming I don't act like a HHB and make a scene for the greater good of FREE PUB!!!1!1 for UWTequilla said:
