Lars Hanson = Clairvoyant?

I don't care what Miles' stats were, he padded them against bad teams. MILES SUCKS BIG WANG.

Because he saw hyphen hit the crossbar from 40 yards? Im with road on this, lipo.
-
Is that what he based it on? I didn't really read the article...was more surprised he went out on a limb like that before the bowel game rather than after. Did he know that Miles would play like an infant with a diaper full of poop in a wind-storm?
2015 is looking like a full blown rebuilding year with a RS-Frosh or true frosh starting.
At least 2016 should be special.doogsinparadise said:Because he saw hyphen hit the crossbar from 40 yards? Im with road on this, lipo.

What's amazing with all of miles glaring problems is that his poise and attitude are the most painful for me to watch.
It's a quitter going through the motions out there when he faces any semblance of a real defense. You can tell hes got to be encouraged constantly. Zero confidence, zero fight.
The contrast between price and Miles is staggering in the leadership department, huge void that was never filled this year.
Who was the leader on offense? Mickens? -

Lars is your source?

I don't give a fuck who is anyone's source. If someone told me a field goal kicking donkey would start at QB over miles next season I might believe him.

You should have seen Miley throw Perkins under the bus after he overthrew him for a TD at the end of the 1st quarter and Van Winkle clanked the FG.brchco12 said:What's amazing with all of miles glaring problems is that his poise and attitude are the most painful for me to watch.

That was disturbing from the starting QB. Not sure if it made it to TV but it was clear CCP was not a fan of the move. -
That was an absolutely terrible throw by Miles ... one of many he had in situations where he had to throw the ball more than 15 yards.MisterEm said:

If any of the above was present, you'd be willing to give Miles the benefit of doubt going into next year with the hope that somebody would really need to up their game to beat him out.brchco12 said:What's amazing with all of miles glaring problems is that his poise and attitude are the most painful for me to watch.

But he's got very little in the intangibles department .. and that's a HUGE component of playing the QB position.
Whether you're looking at KJ Carta Samuels or Browning (assuming that Troy Williams will be transferring), even if there are some elements where they will struggle while being young, your hope would be that their intangibles will help to make them a better option than Miles. -
Exactly.
And with growing pains, at least the younger QBs will be growing. All we get with Miles in the pain.Tequilla said:

If Miles was going to grow and develop as a QB, you'd find him not making the same fucking retarded mistakes over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.HFNY said:Exactly.

How about that drive in the first half when on 3rd down, he needed about 7 yards so he runs but after he runs for 5 1/2 or 6 yards, he inexplicably goes sideways, gets stopped with no forward momentum, and fails to pick up the first down? Even after starting 12 games this year and 1 last year, he still lacks field awareness and down / distance decision making.Tequilla said:

No problem with that play on 1st or 2nd down ... big problem on 3rd down.HFNY said:How about that drive in the first half when on 3rd down, he needed about 7 yards so he runs but after he runs for 5 1/2 or 6 yards, he inexplicably goes sideways, gets stopped with no forward momentum, and fails to pick up the first down? I lost my fucking mind at that point. The only reason he did that was to avoid contact. Soft. I guess he's not smart enough either to realize he's gonna get hit anyway, might as well at least make it look like you want the 1st down. Terrible.HFNY said:How about that drive in the first half when on 3rd down, he needed about 7 yards so he runs but after he runs for 5 1/2 or 6 yards, he inexplicably goes sideways, gets stopped with no forward momentum, and fails to pick up the first down?
