Sheesh, they might drop out of the top 10 this Thursday to North Carolina. Behind Clowney, and maybe Shaw, this team stinks.

Its clear the actual coaches didn't vote, and the AP, well, they fuck up the pre-season ranking most EVERY year. The SEC is on par with the big10 this year (2-3 teams top-15 MAYBE) and most certainly last year.

    They are coming off back to back 11-2 seasons. They return two QB's with starting experience and have a proven head coach. They also have the best player in college football playing DE. Maybe it is a little high, but it is hard to be outraged at the rankings at this point before anyone has played a game.

    This is in reference to the notion that maybe 2-3 teams in the SEC deserve to be top 15

    Win 7 straight BCS Championships, then pop off!!! They still had to go 6-0 in title games, I'll admit the LSU-Alabama game is the one gimmie of the bunch.

    In those six games they beat Ohio State, Oregon, Oklahoma, Texas, and Notre Dame (This one was also a gimmie)

    But more than just a media hype if you ask me

    They all play four OOC games instead of three. So most play one good or ok real team plus three c or d teams. Whereas the P 12 teams only play three OOC games. So for example, LSU plays Furman or something instead of Georgia or S. Carolina. There's an auto w right there. Now, Warshington has to play UCLA as its ninth league game instead of Idaho. What are our odds vs. Yookla? Maybe 35%? How about vs. ID? 97, 98% Boom, we're 9-3, not 8-4 now. I've trotted out the full schedules in the past but I'll do it again just for all the doubters.
