Assuming CP closes Joyna, is the only 2015 in-state loss Throckmorton? They liked Browning over Rypien, or at least Browning got to them first.

Washington State Preseason Rankings were as follows (Post-season rankings come out in Jan. I believe and will change these):
1. Brett Rypien (Boise)
2. Benning Potoae (Undeclared)
3. Henry Roberts (UW)
4. Myles Gaskin (UW)
5. Austin Joyner (Undeclared)
6. Chico McClatcher (UW)
7. Shane Lemieux (Oregon)
8. Trey Adams (UW)
9. Calvin Throckmorton (Oregon)
10. Justice Murphy (Utah)
So if UW lands Potoae and Joyner they get 5 of the top 6 in-state and 6 of the top 10 in the pre-season rankings. And as others noted, it is universally known that Rypien was going to go to UW, but Browning beat him to it.
