Bama, Oregon, Fla State, Ohio State. TCU and Baylor are left out and the Big 12 files a lawsuit against Emmert.

Probably but it's irrelevant at this point which is why PGOS would bring it up.

First game for freshman QB after your Heisman candidate goes down. A power 5 non conference game. Had they played SMU they'd be unbeaten

If the committee is serious about the schedule Ohio State is in

One blemish on a great resume. Ohio State was totally ignored because of SEC bias"sanctions" in 2012. Perfect record. They were coming off 6-6.

VaTech played Wake Forrest to a 0-0 regulation tie and lost in OT 6-3. They are poor team in a bad conference. Arizona is 10x the team VT is.

If you have your 3rd string QB in and are beating a team 38-0 at half, I'm more apt to say Wisconsin is terrible than Ohio State is good.

What if you lose your title game 51-13?

Arizona is better than Va Tech but it isn't the only factor

TCU also beat Minnesota like a drum while Ohio State was not dominant vs them.

If you fucks say winning the pac12 is not a big fucking deal, not sure why you are bringing out the Kneepads for the big10. This wisconsin team lost to Northwestern.

    Wisco doesn't suck.

West Virginia is a shitty loss too. But somebody's gotta play in this tourney.

    This.

The B1G is a fucking joke.

Of the three tOSU is probably the best choice, followed by TCU, then Baylor.

I would love to see tOSU go up against Oregon.

Any chance FSU gets left out ... even if undefeated?

Taking TCU ahead of Baylor is plain dumb. But tOSU is clearly better than both those shitty B12 teams.

The B1G sucks but TCU beat Minnesota so they are in. Spock would go insane reading this bored

    TCU won't win their league

Wisconsin is very mediocre. They went 7-1 in the big10 without playing either Michigan St or Ohio state in the regular season. They lost to Northwestern.

TCU deserves to stay in the CFP over Ohio State. I would say Ohio State is better than Florida State, but I doubt a committee will keep out an undefeated defending champ for Ohio state and their 3rd string QB.

2 teams are getting screwed. Really this whole thing should be 5 conference winners with 3 at large. But it's not so it has this stupid debate.
If Ohio state gets left out at least they have the political clout to make a change.

Politics would say that this plays out - which has been one of my biggest fears.

This is also where the lack of Big 12 Conference Title Game hurts because you're comparing 12 game resumes versus 13 game resumes.

And for anybody really bitching about TCU vs. Baylor at this point ... last week we were looking at Alabama and Mississippi St being in the Top 4. If Mississippi St would have beat Ole Miss and finished with 1 loss, would anybody have batted an eye? It's a similar situation with TCU and Baylor.

3 at large leaves the fourth pissed off.

Four power conferences with 16 teams is the answer.

Win your division, play for your conference title

Win your conference go to the final four

Let all the mid tier teams have their own playoff and NC

Takes the computers and humans out of it. Settled 100% on the field.

Either that or you need to expand to 6 and let the top 2 get byes.

ACC/PAC needs 4 teams, SEC/Big 10 need 2 teams. Big 12 has 10 teams + ND makes it 11. Who is the 12th team? Boise?

If you don't win your conference thats on you. Right now we are going to have a legit 1 loss conference winner stay home. I really don't give a shit about the 9th place team that couldn't win their conference.

I'm sure Spock (75k) would see the logic in saying Arizona sucks when they get drilled by Oregon, but Ohio state is great when they beat lesser ranked Wisconsin team.

The storyline has always been that the Big 10 sucked this year. They proved it in the non-conference season by not beating anybody. ANYBODY.

As was pointed out, Wisconsin lost to Northwestern. Northwestern was BAD this year. Yet Wisconsin was good enough to win their division. That should speak volumes about how bad the Big 10 was this year.

Ohio may be one of the top 4 teams in the country ... but really hard to say that how they are beating Wisconsin all of a sudden makes them look great. Particularly when you have the people saying that are also trying to say that Arizona isn't any good. Arizona is much better than Wisconsin.
