5 Wide Receivers set will be a "nightmare" for Boise

This is a real thread on doogman. They don't realize our best offense is running the ball and only one WR has proven himself.

That WR happens to be Kasen who runs bad routes and is slow.

I'm hearing Ross is worth 2+ wins by himself.

Fuck can't we get more wrs on the field than 5? Why not 10? Price is going to get murdered back there anyways, just give em a free run.

As YaleDawg pointed out, 5 WRs means your two best players (ASJ & Sankey) are not on the field.

YaleDawg really needs to come over here. He's the only one over there who actually have a coherent thought.

Didn't we just blame a season partially on the ability to not develop a second wideout. Most doogs have never played football let alone actually analyzed outside of their doog dome.

I do love how last year we literally only had one WR which was Kasen and now suddenly we have 5 WR's?

Like TTJ said Chris Peterson will be smiling every single time we go 5 WR sets.

Kasen doesn't run bad routes. When every team you play double teams you because nobody else can catch and/or get open, good luck getting open . You sound like a typical doogman dipshit

Jim Lambright narrowly missed two rose bowls with one WR on the roster. OK, 1 and Dave Janoski who actually was minus-1 WR so Lambo missed 2 rose bowls with ZERO WR's. But he had Corey Dillon and UW's best Oline ever.

Can't wait to see a 6-4 235 wind-creator sit on the sidelines all year learning to catch the football. DJ and Lambo would already have Darrell Daniels taking reps on defense. Sark might try to fit him in to that 5th WR spot

Lambright missed those Rose Bowls because he was a bad coach. I don't know why some guys try to use revisionist history on Lambo.

Jerome Pathon and Freddy Coleman were pretty good WR's btw.

I was nearly crucified a couple of weeks ago when I casually mentioned that I didn't find Jay-Don Mikken's freshman performance "inspiring." Of course this was while I pointed out the the Bellarmine kid that we didn't want will be starting for Stanford.

A few weeks ago I said Mickens will be suddenly senior'd heading into next year and he'll be the next Jordan Polk.

    IrishDoog disagreed with me.

It's only PLSS fucking stupid that is a huge Lambo fan. The only reason he is a fan is because Lambo and Dave Hoffman took the time to talk to PLSS.

Mickens is turning heads, he is going to provide an element to the offense UW hasn't seen in years.

Are you really this fucking stupid or do we need to cover Polk's CAREER stats again?

Is he still a 4* or have you moved him up to 5*??

I would take Freddie Coleman over any receiver in the roster right now. I was a huge Coleman fan.

If the offense comes out with 5 receiver sets I will have a long and satisfying belly laugh.

Mickens seems like a good kid but Sark throwing him into the mix last year was a huge mistake.

I just looked at the bowl game stats. Mickens was targeted 7 times and caught 2. I'm sure theres a similar story for the entire season. Sark could have gone with sure-handed and experienced Cody Bruns in the slot. Instead he went for a guy with more speed but couldn't catch shit or run the right routes.

Mickens played WR, RB, and QB in High School. He's a great athlete but needs to be coached on how to be a WR.

This coaching staff especially on the offensive side has yet to prove they can coach someone up.

The worst part of Mickens' drops in the game was that he was open on a curl route for the 1st down when Price tried to force the ball to Bruns for the INT.

I am sure Keith did not have much faith left in the Frosh.

Fetters actually compared him to Wes Welker.

Had Bruns gone to Boise State he would be in the pros.

Fred Coleman only played 7 yrs in the pros.

They've done a good job with RB's and okay with TE's and CB's, and that's it
