But at the same time, the bottom line is whether or not he can make you better or not. If he's THAT bad at what he does, my guess is that he'll not be on the staff long term.
Lake seems like a really good guy that is tough but fair in how he deals with players.
Every staff needs a hardass or two on it ... I would imagine that Pease is one of the hardasses on our staff. -
