Manziel would have to play first for that to be true. Tannehill is pretty average, but he might be getting better.

I'll admit Tannehill has come way further than I thought even if he's average. I used to sit in the stands at Kyle field and watch him sail balls into the seats. He was very much A&Ms Jack Lockner as a passer.
