Maybe at the start of the year, Daniels and Mathis weren't happy but if you stick out an entire season I doubt you'd bolt at that point. Both guys will play much bigger roles next year. Daniels has the tools to be a big-time TE and under this strength staff & Pete I'd bet on it. Both guys should have been red shirted as they'd have 3 years and not 2 to be big contributors.

Mathis has been playing consistent and actually been getting a lot of run for a back up. He and qualls look good.
