Did anyone watching on TV notice this

So I watched the game last night, specifically to see the "backwards pass" that was originally called a completion when it clearly bounced, then changed to incomplete for a second, and then changed to a backwards pass. The next play was a 40 yard completion and led to the AZ first TD. Did anyone watching on TV notice that the pass left Solomon's hand at the 31 and bounced on the 32, since they never did show a replay. Easily forward, should have been 3rd down. Everyone in the stands saw it, and rewinding it on TV showed it easily also I was pissed that Peterman let the next play go off without calling a TO. Or did the TV viewers just totally miss that at the time. That game smelled fishy officiatingwise. I don't boo the kids, and I don't like to sound like a "12" (ghey) but the refs can really suck a dick.

Arizona's perimeter holding was pretty bad too. Think they only got 1 holding call.
-
I think we're just immune to it now.
-
One of the most poorly officiated games I've probably ever seen.
-
I just stared at the TV with my jaw dropped during and after that fiasco. The game just moved on before I really had a chance to decide for sure whether it went backward or forward. I was still wondering and grumbling about it when they scored the TV but nobody was listening.

I was at the game and it did not look like a backwards pass.

That pass interference call on Beaver completely changed the game. That ref should be forced to drink mercury.

Of course, Arizona's video replay was a joke because they rarely showed one.sjd said:I was at the game and it did not look like a backwards pass.

There was also a play were it looked like a pass was clearly caught when it was touching the ground. No review, no challenge...moving on.

It seems like the refs want to make sure Peterman knows his place. They are going to fuck with him until he stands up for himself and the team. Letting that long pass happen without stopping play was a mistake.
I did like to see that later in the game, when AZ receiver clearly fumbled after a big hit by I believe the Budda, refs didn't call it and Peterman had to call a timeout to get them to review it, and he was in that ref's ear for a full 3 minutes following him down the field towards the replay review. I thought that would be something DJ would do.
Now, I'm not saying Pete is DJ, don't go twisting. -
I re-watched the backwards pass and it was tough to tell from the TV angle. Looked pretty close, but because the camera angle wasn't straight on I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I questioned it enough to rewind and check, though.

I don't buy into the conspiracy theory stuff. The refs just flat out fucking sucked that game.Alexis said:It seems like the refs want to make sure Peterman knows his place. Larry Scott has mandated rigged officiating.... That is why tony correnti quit

If AZ loses that game, Oregon's playoff shot is gone. The refs are paid by the Pac-12. Playoffs are big money for the conference.

Refs can't be perfect all the time. The only perfectly officiated game I've ever seen was Super Bowl XL.

I haven't watched the TV copy of the game (no desire to do so), but the officiating was as brutal as I've ever seen it. It seemed completely obvious to me that the PAC wanted Arizona to win the game and was going to do what it could to that effect.
The backward pass was at least worth a replay given that PAC officials tend to want to replay everything to start with.
The fumble that we recovered that Petersen had to call timeout on was a joke - someone was asleep at the wheel.
I got conflicting info coming back from the Cooper fumble - some said it was and some said it wasn't. Call on the field would stand if it was that close ... but it took forever for there to be a call on the field to start with.
The replay on Mickens' fumble/recovery was one that really pissed me off in light of the above ... Mickens' fumbled/recovered at the same spot on the field basically. What exactly was the review for?
The loudest cheer of the day was in the second half when Arizona finally got called for a flag. The entire Husky section erupted in cheers. It was clear to all in Tucson that we were getting jobbed by the officials.
Larry Scott needs to get his house in order or GTFO when it comes to officiating. -
Larry is not concerned with officiating

Just fucking win.
