With a road win at Ole Miss Miss St jumps back to 4

I'm ok with that too.dhdawg said:FSU

I'd actually prefer your way so that Alabama can finally give Oregon the plungering they've been craving for so long. -
FSU should be #1 but yeah
-
Quality of wins though.Gladstone said:FSU should be #1 but yeah

Maybe after looking at it a little longer Miss St should only drop to 4.
Only team in that group with a top 10 win in Baylor over TCU -
FSU, Alabama, Oregon, and Ohio State. TCU and Baylor suck.
-
Ohio State lost to VT and they play in the big tenRoadDawg55 said:FSU, Alabama, Oregon, and Ohio State. TCU and Baylor suck.

So what? A loss in game 2 of the season. They would beat TCU or Baylor rather easily.
-
Ohio State was mathematically eliminated from playoff consideration the day they lost at home to Virginia Tech.RoadDawg55 said:FSU, Alabama, Oregon, and Ohio State. TCU and Baylor suck.
That's why they were not listed as a team under consideration. -
That is irrelevant when it comes to picking teams. There is not a quality win on OSU's schedule, and their loss is bad unlike Miss St and TCU, even Baylor's loss is pretty good in comparisonRoadDawg55 said:So what? A loss in game 2 of the season. They would beat TCU or Baylor rather easily.

TCU and Baylor very well could lose again. Texas gets TCU at home and Baylor has to play at Kansas State. Then what? A 2 loss SEC team or Ohio State.
I change my picks. Right now: Alabama, Florida State, Oregon, Miss State. -
Based on what actual evidence to date? Ohio State has beaten NOBODY.RoadDawg55 said:So what? A loss in game 2 of the season. They would beat TCU or Baylor rather easily.

In that scenario, pray to Allah that Miss State wins out. They only have one loss.RoadDawg55 said:TCU and Baylor very well could lose again. Texas gets TCU at home and Baylor has to play at Kansas State. Then what? A 2 loss SEC team or Ohio State.

All 3 teams would have to lose and OSU would have to win out to get in
-
Ohio State is better than TCU or Baylor. Better coach and more talent. That's why they should be ahead. Michigan State on the road is a better quality win than Kansas State or Oklahoma at home. Those are TCU's big wins. Ohio State will have to play Wisconsin for another quality win the Big 10 championship.
-
It's great to know that "better coach and more talent" are criteria for selecting playoff teams now, rather than actual results on the field.RoadDawg55 said:Ohio State is better than TCU or Baylor. Based on that logic, UW is actually 5-2 in the Pac-12 instead of 2-5. -
Ohio State would beat TCU or Baylor. They all have one loss. Ohio State is the best of those three teams. Sniveling over who had the worst loss or point differential and all that bullshit is for the fucking birds.TierbsHsotBoobs said:

Ohio State has Urban Meyer, but TCU plays in the 2nd toughest conference and even though they lost to Baylor, they are more likely to end the season with one loss.

If miss state wins out, they will be at 4 with oregon fsu and Alabama. OSU, tcu, and Baylor will be left out -
Is ucla now Oregon's best win? Stanford has 5 losses. Ohio State won at Michigan State oregon beat them at home.
ASU lost to the Beavs. As much as everyone rips the B1G I fail to see the greatness of the slack 12.
Virginia Tech has beat two top 20 teams on the road. Has Arizona? They are a brain cramp away from a loss to UW -

Miss St

Oregon is out because they screw up the Pac12 champ game, hosing the Pac12 in the playoff... which I'm just throwin out there for shits and gigs. -
Oregon belongs. They have plungered everyone since Arizona.RaceBannon said:Is ucla now Oregon's best win? Stanford has 5 losses. Ohio State won at Michigan State oregon beat them at home.

Alabama
Oregon
FSU
MSU
MSU is in if they defeat Vandy and Mississippi. Unless of course Alabama looses the Iron Bowl, so MSU has to go to Atlanta, and play a rejuvenated Georgia.
Sagarin has FSU 15th. -

I hope for FSU Oregon Bama miss St in that order.
That way we get another all SEC title game, the way it should be -
But Ohio State lost to Virginia Tech!
-
You have nothing better to do on a Thirsday night but to dig up old threads from Bovember to prove one of the 19% of times that you were right?RoadDawg55 said:But Ohio State lost to Virginia Tech!
I'm thinking you need Chest to give you a pat on the head and tell you that everything will be ok -
Where's the thread when I accurately predicted #mybuckeyes over Oregon? I want a goddamn cookie or something.
Edit: Missed this thread (probably bc of a bender) and Road pretty much nails it against multiple poasters. Verdict: Bump worthy. -
Not arguing that it isn't bump worthy ...Doogles said:Where's the thread when I accurately predicted #mybuckeyes over Oregon? I want a goddamn cookie or something.

But when you have to dig it up from 6 months ago to beat your chest, you're too busy living in the past. -
Agreed, but when you live in your mom's basement with no job it's not hard to imagine taking the time on a thursday.Tequilla said:
