Answer: because whoever runs clock management on that staff is a 100% fucking idiot who makes millions but could be improved by replacing them with any 13 year old addicted to madden. Of course you call time out to give yourself 30 sec and 2 tos if he makes the kick
Another perhaps even more important question: why didn't they go into victory formation on 1st down with ~1:25 left and Arizona only having one timeout? Couldnt they have run it down to 15 seconds or so at 4th down? -
