    The wave was awesome but that was over 30 years ago. I was there the day it was invented. It was one of the cooler game days. And we were curb stomping Stanford which wasn't unusual at all

    Me too. Halloween '81 vs Stanford.

    The Wave in the 80's was fun, both at Husky Stadium and the Kingdome.

    The Wave shows up now when people get bored off their ass ... it serves no purpose to the actual game anymore.
