Wagner is suppose to return sooner than later.dhdawg said:Terrible, can't see playoffs without Mebane and Wagner. The run defense is gonna suck
Huge loss but L-I-P-O. -
Big loss ... offense better step up a bit more. Defense will still be good ... but will probably take a step back.

hopefully. right now with mebane and wagner out, and chancellor playing hurt or not playing at all, the seahawks are incredibly weak up the middle.CuntWaffle said:

hopefully andy reid pulls one of his FS gameplans when he decides to abandon the run for no reason -
him, Wilson and earl Thomas were the three guys this team doesn't have a legitimate replacement for, really sucks to lose him but you have to be able to overcome it

I don't think it's as big of loss as you guys are making it out to be. Mebane is a really good player, but he played about 35% of the snaps. The NFL is a passing league. One dimensional DT's just aren't as valuable as they used to be. The big issues are the pass rush and the DB's getting healthy.

which was basically the equivalent of what we saw in Miles last year after Price went out.RaceBannon said:Tom Brady Kurt Warner and I saw what happened when Palmer went out

Good point on his number of snaps. Honestly I had no idea it was that low. Seattle starts playing more run first teams starting this week though so I would have expected his snap count to increase. Pete Carroll's run defense has always been elite though. Optimistically, I would expect the defense to still be great just based off the system. Arizona and SF have a ton of injuries as well and are still in the top rankings in defense (good defensive coaches).RoadDawg55 said:I don't think it's as big of loss as you guys are making it out to be.
