I just want to say how much I appreciate the troops and all that they do for this Country. Tomorrow I will probably forget... But today I have been told by society that I need to show my appreciation.

The new fad for all of us this year was to poast pictures of us when we first joined as kids. I liked that. I went along with it.
I hate when people thank me for my service. I got paid a ton for me age, didn't pay a cent for two bachelor's degrees and am in grad school for free, and I got to live in Germany right after high school. The job I have now as a civilian I couldn't have got without the military.
I would like to thank the tax payers. We should get them a holiday! -
I went to Red Robin and ordered the burger they were giving free to vets.

This. I got UW paid for, grad school paid for, and paid to fly airplanes. Not bad for a drunk Injun. So thank you tax payers, I used and abused you, but ended up sleeping in a gutter, strung out on cocaine, and working at Jiffy Lube anyway.
