Maybe it's a good thing Peterman can't relate to these edgy inner city kids like Peters and String, because they are fucktards who happen to get kicked off teams.

Fortunately, Hundley can only throw the deep ball. And there isn't a receiver in the country that will beat Ross deep.RoadDawg55 said:
That's a pretty big assumption. Ross has a little experience at CB, but he's been practicing there for a week. To expect him to play at an All Conference level this season is a stretch.Tequilla said:FREE PUB!!!
No monster long post ... Peter's was given multiple chances to figure it out but he thought he was bigger than the team. Cancerous enough Apple that he can slow down the necessary culture change.
If Ross embraces the change to CB then there isn't a significant step backwards. We now know why Ross is at CB. And let's be honest, Ross' only asset at WR is his speed - that asset plays best at CB. -

Ross will probably give up the game winning touchdown on a deep pass -

By next year I could see Ross being at the point where he isn't a significant step back. That's when it will count.

Now if we're factoring in off the field/chemistry/culture stuff then that closes the gap some, but the context here was the on the field void Peters is leaving so I don't think that's a consideration.

I just heard the news. Not shocked because you could see his persona on the field wasn't exactly Peterman's type of behavior. If he behaves the same during practice, I understand.
But damn, my two favorite players at the end of last season have now been dismissed (String). -
Is this a whoosh attempt? You do realize that after Sloppy Steve left for USC, Tui was the interim coach and he suspended him for part of the bowl game against BYU.
So let's see......1 player, 2 different staffs, and multiple suspensions / issues over the last two seasons for that 1 player.
1 player vs. numerous coaches on each staff....hmmmmmmm.....tough one to figure out.sarktastic said:

And Senior Trufant might have a slight edge over junior Peters. But Peters career was far better than Trufant's.

True Senior Trufant >>> RS Junior Peters
I get that there are a few on this board that hate Locker as a QB from the standpoint that they think he's tremendously overrated. That's fine.
There's really no reason for him to take the bashing that he gets at this point. And for every QB that this University has had since Cody Pickett, I'd take Locker over every single one of them.
Locker was far from perfect ... but he was also far from its biggest problem. -
