    You can disagree with your team left and right ... but ultimately you have to have their back and working towards the same goal.

    Some nights your offense may suck and your job as a defense is to pick them up.

    Peters would appear to have his own agenda ... and it wasn't the agenda of the team.

    There's a reason Nip and Cleeland (both guys that get it and were in the NFL for a long time) have ZERO problem with this move.
