Cuba is probably the next to fall. They won't receive any oil from Venezuela from now on and I doubt the Russians are in a position to help them.

Mexico being warmed up as well for substitution. Though I'd expect that to be more an affair of state and getting a new government elected in quietly.
Brazil still out there as a dark horse candidate with Bolsenaro too.
Cuba definitely the favorite. Never forget Biden turned away Cuban asylum seekers and turned a blind eye to crackdowns on protesters by the communists.

France already signaling they’re waiting by the phone is perfect. Carney has to be 10/10 on panic mode at this point. The next 6mo mean everything for the canadien energy sector. Trump can make it hurt real bad if he wants to.
