Miami was better from the start. Shockingly so. It did look like they would waste the Big Mo and let Buck steal it but not to be. Cristobal lured Day into a alley fight and beat hm down.
Bart Simpson the Bama QB has struggled late and now Just Sayin looked rattled. The White Somali Beck played a great game for Miama.
5-0 for teams without a bye and Oh forever for Day as a play caller
Never won shit without Chip Kelley

Miami speed on defense was shocking, OSU couldn’t do anything laterally.
Sayin shit the bed when he realized they didn’t have a decided athletic advantage. -
Tale of the tape was along the lines. Gotta give Mario his due there. He built it up front. Still missing some pieces, like an elite receiver, but Cristo definitely staffed the team to be able to compete in a knife fight. He's also now the Buck slayer, having pushed them around physically in Columbus a few years ago.
Saban said the quiet part out loud that I didn't want to say out loud lest I invoke the jinx: if you let Miami in the playoffs they'd be dangerous. He was right.
Still don't like Georgia but I'll take this win. Royalty was out in force last night for the entire country to see and he's done enough this year such that recruits should be wanting to stick around. Now has a fighter's chance when the next Jeremiah Smith comes around.

Congrats Creep. Those DE are no joke. I wouldn't be shocked if Sayin gets the McCord treatment after his performances against Indiana and Miami. RS freshman, yes but he's a statue in the pocket. Stroud and Howard weren't Cam Ward but they were athletic enough to move the chains when the play breaks down. Sayin just rolled over. Have fun, I'll be pulling for you in the semi finals.
Side note: The Final four might be four former Saban assistants. Crisco, Smart, Cigarette and Land man.

Going to be poasting this pic for a few days. Bear with me.

Good call that Sayin may not be long for that spot.

Guys. Sayin was sacked 5 times last night, hard. When he wasn't sacked he was being harassed like a co-ed in an Oklahoma athletic dorm.
When Miami went to its "trying to keep everything in front of you" defense, he got cooking and the kid can clearly throw. When they went back to jail break, he couldn't.
Nobody looks looks at that position when your line is being prison raped.
-
Absolutely true. He's got great arm talent and can really spin it but when you're playing one of the six or seven teams that can actually beat your line, a guy like Sayin can't make anything off schedule. Moore, Mendoza, Simpson, Stockton and even Beck can move a little and get you a cheap first down or two when your play call is blown up. Sayin has cement galoshes and is a complete sitting duck back there.

Oh yeah Creep? Well suck on this

Another great Cane, who I know was at THE COTTON BOWL last night in spirit.
RIP Don James.
