Our more astute readers will note that your poast doesn’t address what I said.

Our more intelligent posters realize it did.

Drywalled garage Battle Ground superiority guy heard from. You’re so insecure but I guess I would be too if I had those tiny, girlish hands.

Jesus. Okay dude.
This discussion wasn't about people that fled to Montana, it was about people from Washington possibly taking their money there.
Sounds like you need to learn the difference.

Why bother with overturning 100 year old precedent?
The state can simply construe anything as a tax on activity like they did with the new capital gains tax. A tax on making money, not the income itself
-
Yeah, rich people don't own property or employ people. Your MBA must have missed out on how businesses work. According to the internet a $3 million dollar home would pay almost $26,000 a year in property taxes in King County. Seems pretty progressive to me. Some poets from 1971. Pre-MAGA?

You mean someone in King County with a $3 million house and a $1.5 million annual income might pay a whole $26,000 in state taxes?
The horror!
What would that person pay in state taxes in Oregon, Idaho, or Montana? Does anyone own a business or employ people in those God forsaken places?

Can I just argue with HH without a bunch of poor Oregon boomers interjecting? Jesus, why I stopped talking at church.

This reeks of envy
Sales tax, and other non-income tax are your taxes. Despite that the people have spoken on income tax time and time again, you and Olympia don't seem to get it. WA Congress can't help itself with spending and all of the in flux of modern grifters support it, so the beat goes on
Does WA have a highly regressive tax system? Yes. But a majority of the shit poor people complain about would not be an issue if we actually addressed problems instead of throwing money at useless causes with feckless leadership
