If Demond can’t get it done that is 100% on Judd. Demond is making some good money I’m sure. NIL era you must be able to walk away from a guy making a lot that isn’t getting it done and pay someone else who will.

I put all of Demond’s shortcomings (SWIDT?) on Fisch. If he can’t help the QB improve as the team’s head coach and playcaller, Demond’s failures are on him.
