Seems like a perfectly reasonable list. I do think the Henning/Hatchett conversation could be interesting at C as well. Hatchett seems high on leadership, but low on ability to not get injured and miss time. I'm not sure he's as good as he seems to be.

RDA leaving would be a big loss … it's easy to say he should have played more (he probably could have) but he's also not the biggest dude and as a true freshman I think it's fair to wonder if he would have made it through the season in the Big10 playing full-time snape … he probably has no issue doing that in the PAC12
There's no question that there will be some WRs that leave (Harris being the 1st domino) … let's see who goes but by and large it was a position group that I think was a mixed bag this year outside of Boston and Roebuck … Vines-Bright was fine for a Freshman but he profiles more as a slot guy instead of an outside guy
LB is an area where the roster can honestly be upgraded IMO and something I've called out the balance of the season … Budda could leave I guess but who knows … Manu I'd be surprised if he left … Bryant to me is a bit of a JAG and I think we can do better … we need more LBs that have the size/athletic combo that ZRS has

I'll be very interested to watch how this plays out …
We've historically proven that we will pay for guys that have proven that they've earned the money
We also have historically been a bit on the stingy side when it comes to guys that are "on the come" and maybe haven't earned those top-end levels yet

we better back up the Brinks truck for John Mills.
-
Center should absolutely be an open competition going into next year
McLaughlin would be an interesting one … I think he's a good but not great player … we shouldn't be paying him like he's an elite caliber guy
-
I'd expect that Mills will be taken care of … he's going to be a 3 or 4 year starter here and his public visibility this year will position him to be a team leader going forward (both internally and externally) … add to that that he's a legacy player with the tunnel named for his Grandpa … I don't see any world where he's leaving UW as long as we're paying anywhere near market rate for him
-
McLaughlin is a guy that Fisch had been fluffing for years, I doubt he leaves. I actually don't even see why RDA would.
-
He led the team in tackles and only had a few coverage busts all year.
Absolutely pay him
-
I'm not against paying McLaughlin … but I'm not overpaying him either
He's a good but not great player
-
What does that even mean. We dont know what any of these players are making lol
