Petersen wants to start Troy but Cyler doesn't really have a concussion. He's labeling it "concussion-like symptoms" to justify starting Williams. I know this because I was at the game and saw Cyler on the sideline. I'm fairly confident he doesn't have a concussion.

If anything I think it's keeping ASU off the radar of what to prepare for ... Williams is an absolute unknown to them. Miles they know what they are going to get.
Honestly, if you are starting Williams without Miles having a concussion, you're better off just being honest about it inside the team room. No reason being coy about it. -
