I think Fisch stays to see his efforts pay off, he has invested a lot of effort into this roster and Demond. To jump to Florida or UCLA and rebuild again would suck, even by bringing a lot of players with him. I think he’ll coach Demond and this team to a playoff run and parlay that into an NFL gig.

We wouldn't be to Mora, we'd be the final destination which is why I want to see that versus the alternative. If it doesn't work so be it, but it might.
Either that or we need someone that genuinely likes it up here and we offer him a shit ton of money after they BONEM and win some playoff games. This region has a shit ton of money. UW AD needs to act like it.

Define what it takes to win "at this level". And then define why someone like Jason Eck would be unprepared to do so. Chip Kelly was the OC, not even HC, at New Hampshire when Oregon hired him to run their offense. He'd never been a HC when Oregon promoted him. You're saying what Oregon did in 2008 UW can't do in 2025? The list of g5 or FCS coaches having success when moving up is long. Your post is stupid.
