After some nice wins against some teams with a pulse, Miami now marches into a murderer's row of teams starting with Lou 'a vul. And Cristo returns to the mean.
Dude cannot get out of his own way. Didn't watch the first half but it doesn't matter. This is what happens with this guy. Loses games he's supposed to win.
This team is supposed to have a huge struggle on their O line and Miami is relatively strong along their D line with two legit D ends. Even if you're even across the board everywhere else, that's supposed to be a recipe for a big win. But not with Crisco.
This is why I have kept a lid on my expectations.

Whoopsies

Beck returning to [last year's] form. Soft AF. Can't handle a little pressure.
Counting the gift reversal on one he just threw before the one he just threw, he has 4 picks.
Against Louisville.
#2 my ass.

Beck is who I thought he was.

The $50 million Five Pick QB. I knew this guy wasn't it. He wasn't brilliant in any of the wins and I remember last year when the wheels came off.
This is vintage Cristo: can't consistently beat mid-level teams who come to play to save his life. He can show up for a big night game against big name opponent. But when he gets to the meat (lolz) of the schedule against B teams like UVa, Syracuse, Louisville and the Carolinas, he's ass.
The worst part is the big game victories will delay the inevitable by years.

Imagine being well within field goal range to tie it, you have time with timeouts, and you let your QB whose thrown 4 picks to that point throw a lazy out that was going to net 5 to 6 yds. at best.
Imagine.
