    Extend Helfrich Now!!

Unless Royce Freeman is hurt the next two years are already in the bag. A college front seven can't really have anymore talent than what Peterman has now.

Freeman gets better as UW's front seven gets worse. The plunger might as well parachute into the middle of the field next year.
    Glad to see you agree.
As mediocre as I think he is he only has three losses so far, two to who I think is the best coach in the conference by a mile.

Shaw will take his NFL payday and Rich Rod will go back to a football school here soon.
Lol at Rich Rod being the best coach in the conference. Both those games were abominations for Oregon. Rich Rod is decent, nothing more.

The record would prove otherwise. He was WVU's lone bright spot, his talent was used to win Michigan's first BCS bowl since the 90's, and he's on track to have three consecutive 8 or more win seasons at Arizona which has probably never been done before.

Other than Peterman at the JV level no one even comes close to his resume and varsity trumps JV every time.
He can't even beat Seven and Wazzu. Spare me.

He isn't WVU's "only bright spot," he was 15-22 (with Lloyd Carr's players) at Michigan, and Arizona has won 8 or more in three consecutive seasons. You're full of shit.

When was WVU winning four conference titles in five years? Michigan tried to change a 100 year rut in three years, won with his recruited talent and instantly went back to shit "The Michigan Way."

When the fuck did Arizona with 8 or more games three years in a row? Larry Smith didn't do it, Dick Tomey didn't do it, and the wrong Stoops definitely didn't do it.

Stoops actually went 8-5 in 2008 and 8-5 in 2009 and was 7-5 heading into the Alamo bowl but was beaten pretty badly by Oklahoma State and finished 7-6. He was then fired 6 games into the 2011 season.

Winning 8 games in a season is worthless.

'73 through '75 - pre-Pac - AZ went 9-2, 9-2 and 8-3. You can call B.S., but you didn't include any qualifiers in your statement. Same with WVU. They've had some good seasons in the past - a couple of Peach Bowls anyway.

I like Rich Rod, but I don't think he's the best coach in the conference "by a mile." Hell, not even by a nose. Whittingham might be that guy, though, and of course "Hip, Hip, Hooray!" does the most with the least.

And every team loses starters. Oregon has Freeman coming back but they lose Mariota and their LT, LG, and C so they could actually be easier to defend.

Hopefully Tyler Johnstone's knee holds up next year. If it does, LT isn't a question mark.

    The 1977 huskies disagree.

I know Roaddawg. Everybody thinks Rich Rod's a hot commodity because he beat the Ducks twice.

It's not like he's gonna get a better job at one of their rivals bec....

    Oh wait.
