You keep complaining there is no proof. Well here we have a trumptard police state guy commanding some civilian to step back. The trumptard moves forward to make it look like the guy was too close when he was just standing there on a street. The trumptard police tackle him for standing there. That's a police state complete with labels saying "POLICE." So now you can stop saying "no proof" and go clean your dentures.

What that nazi could have done is just said "I'm arresting you if you don't step back." But then he knew he didn't have any reason really and he couldn't arrest him for standing on a public street plainly not obstructing anything. So he just threw him down.
