The state of Oregon has no commitment to either education or football. Not like the South or Midwest. If not for Paul Allen being unable to buy the Sonics or Phil Knight we wouldn't have a basketball team and the Ducks would be the third player in the awesome Pac 12. But we are all in on open borders and endless crime and homelessness and number 50 in education.
