Dude is weird but he seems to be able to coach, or at least put together a “team”.
He was the GA DC and won NC. And was close to that last year as HC of Oregon and here he is, still at the top of CFB teams. He has came a long way since GA kicked his ass a couple years ago as Oregon HFBC. Maybe he learned the ropes of NIL and Kirby. Maybe he’s a good coach. Or maybe he’s a Mark Richt/James Franklin…remains to be seen but he has built a team, with a lot of money and help, to be a contender.
But he’s still weird.

You can tell Lanning loves winning more than probably his own wife. I'd take him as our coach in a heartbeat.

I miss the days of ripping Lanning for losing to Washington
At some point I may admit he's doing a good job there. No one wins the natty every year, even Ohio State
