Agree with Caple that when you have a staff turn over that even if the new staff is great, you're low point in your first year is going to be pretty bad.
But losing "You can play in the Pac 12 instead of the MW here" combined with their 4.X million for football this year (shockingly embarrassing for a school that was just in a power conference 2 years ago" they're done.
