The only strawman is that Manafort isn't Trump. When you are saying Trump was colluding with the Russians then you need some actual evidence. Manafort was convicted of tax fraud, bank fraud and nothing to do with him colluding with the Russians.

”Without evidence” is a MAGA campaign slogan, grasshopper. It is key to their entire message. Evidence has never mattered. That’s the point. It’s easier to parrot fearless leader and disparage anyone who doesn’t fall in line as America Last, a commie, a traitor, etc. The more you repeat it, the more it’s true for them. Then after that, it becomes simple to deflect, point the finger back at the other side or just post tweets from random MAGA yapper accounts who do the same thing.
You have to understand that before you come at them to show their work. They won’t and they’re proud of that. They’ve never needed to show proof to win elections and spread their message. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
