There aren’t any. Doing some family vacation here before school starts. Everyone walks a shit ton and bikes all over town. And no e-bikes cause they aren’t lazy turds like Americans. Canola oil consumption is skrong.

What is the Nordic diet?
Similar to its southern cousin, the Nordic diet prioritizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, lean proteins and fatty fish. The main difference is that it highlights food native to the Nordic region, including Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
Instead of olive oil, the Nordic diet features rapeseed (or canola) oil — made from the rapeseed plant, which thrives in cooler temperatures. Root vegetables like turnips, carrots and parsnips, and cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and cauliflower, are staples of the diet. Blueberries, strawberries, lingonberries (small, tart fruits similar to cranberries) and other berries also play a prominent role, as do fruits like apples and pears.

I'm hearing that being active and eating whole foods keeps you healthy.

Just saying it’s weird how you guys focus the the control variable- i.e., seed oils as though it’s the root cause of our chronic illness, when these seed oil heavy countries like Japan and Denmark have dramatically different outcomes from the US (driven by very different lifestyles and diets).

if you press the Ai button you’ll notice that the US diabetes rate is double that of Denmark. That’s a big difference.

I would attribute some of that to demographics.

Cool city. Didn't see much of it.
Yeah, of course they can bike around there. That's not translatable to any of the West Coast US cities.

I feel so foolish, when I clicked on this, I was expecting…

No, the bike thing is not replicable in most us cities. But it shows how moving around and good diet matters. All these locals keep trying to speak Danish to me cause I look the part. 75 percent of my DNA comes within 200 miles of here.

Yeah, they live the Westside of White Wakanda lifestyle.

Vikings and rapeseed. Sounds like an insult to our glorious heritage of raping and pillaging
-
Sounds like an accurate description. We came from the land of ice and snow and spread our seed far and wind.

Glorious history of Vikings employing psilocybin in battle.
