Best and worst drivers, by state

The Pacific Northwest drivers that stop to let you go even when they have the right of way, clearly, obviously, then when you stay stopped and stare at them because they need to fucking go and they just keep staring back at you smiling like "Here's my good deed for the day!!!"
Then they can finally see you screaming at them to fucking go and they give you this look like you're the one being an asshole and holding up traffic.

Feels like the worst are places with lots of transplants because its a ton of people and different driving styles. And since they are all warm weather places you have the retired olds doing god knows what on the roads.

In Portland we have Gay and Retarded with nothing in-between.
With cops that are clearly told to ticket 5-10+ over speeders but then do nothing about all the olds, all the druggies, and all the dipfucks that are a danger on the road, camp in the left lane, don't out on their turn signal, can't shit or get off the pot in roundabouts, etc.

I get flipped off a lot. Not because I'm slow, but mostly because I feel a lot of the speed limits are archaic and I just go at speeds I'm comfortable doing. Last night leaving Mariners game I just cruised down in the right lanes passing so many cars driving slow in the left lanes. Washington has a lot of people who think they are left lane drivers and they are not. The number of carpools who drive slow in the left lane, when the carpool lane is virtually empty, might be my most infuriating follow.
North of Seattle / Snohomish is much worse than South King / Pierce. After the completion of the Tacoma I-5 project sitting in horrible traffic in Tacoma is rare, and usually due to an accident. Fucking Snohomish drivers feel the need to slow down at Northgate, county line / 220th. 405 to 128th, and then Boeing freeway all the way to fucking Marysville. South King does have the benefit of having 167 lighten the load, and don't get me started on the retards driving to Bonney Lake. Congestion on city / side streets is also worse in Snohomish. The planners were like, "Fuck multiple east west roads! You will only have 128th and 164th, and you'll pay premium for it."
Lastly people here are afraid of hills and crests. Ship Canal Bridge, Kennydale Hill, the climb to Burien going south. Push down on the accelerator a bit more and maintain that speed.
Biggest Left Lane Offenders:
Old Asians - someone taught them the left lane is where they can drive.
Old Married couples - tend to see this at night.
Single White Women - mostly because they are on their phone.
Uber / Lyft drivers between Seatac and Downtown Seattle
My work servicing glory holes gets me around the area a lot.

My least favorite is hitting a traffic jam and discovering it's from someone getting pulled over for a chicken shit speeding ticket or just because a cop is sitting there. We already have traffic problems and you're making them worse?
The hills thing is a problem. I noticed that in LA there were specific spots traffic on freeways always got even worse at hills even when it wasn't crowded and I think it's people are so tuned out they don't realize they need to accelerate.
Also just have some fucking awareness when you're stacking up with other drivers and people have no way to get around you.

Fat white chicks were multiple offenders on being camped out in the left lane on my most recent road trip.
