If they can get another bullpen arm, I’m all for it, but Dip has done what M’s fans thought could never happen. If you told me they got Naylor and Geno and nothing else, I’d be happy. They have a very solid, deep MLB line up now, and people are going to have to figure out who they are going to pitch to, and around…
Yeah, they did the two big things I didn't expect for sure. That's a couple of huge bats added.
It didn't cost them much though. The phrase "all in", combined with other issues on the roster and the relatively low prices demanded, had me thinking they'd make another trade or two. There's still no legit 5th starter. There's still room for a leverage bullpen arm, and there's still room for an upgraded utility guy or righty hitting outfielder.
That is my wet blanket take. They made some great moves that should get them to the playoffs, but they didn't do as much as they could've to make it a near lock.
I don't see either of those as sure things to help though. There's an equal chance that Raley gets healthy and has one of his hot streaks, but again I'd rather not count on it.
That sounds like a lot of bitching. I'm pretty impressed with what they did though.
It’s hard to commit to a franchise that has refused to commit to winning for decades…If Miller is healthy, that’s a pretty strong 5, and Robles can provide platoon help for Canzone/Raley if/when they return. Canzone has done a nice job filling in….

Great deal.
Now get Jordan Westburg
Or Geno.
Not upset about getting a solid hitter like Naylor without giving up any of our top guys.
We don't need Geno Smith back in Seattle.
Who? gif
Did he play for the storm or Kraken or something?
Ms picked up a decent lefty reliever. Caleb Ferguson isn't a dominant guy but has a solid whip and is 100th percentile at limiting hard contact.
Come on Jerry you pompous douche. That is good but shouldn't even be the lone reliever added. Keep em coming and I'll stop calling you names.
Suarez acquired.
What bizzaro world are we living in right now?
Still have major needs. Tic, tic, tic...

Looks like it's over and no more moves happened.

Miller and Robles are soon to return (allegedly), if they all can stay healthy, IWBIEW…

I paid $20 for Robles and got about 20 at bats out of him
wait till you see how much John Stanton ponied up for those same 20 at bats
