We've wasted billions on demcrat government forceful action and the problem is exponentially worse so I don't see any agreement there

California alone spent over $20 billion of their taxpayers’ money to increase homelessness as the end result, but also did enrich the political-donor class via NGOs, laundered campaign donations, and contracts by cronyism.
Excellent point on government involvement when Democrats run it, @HHusky.

The problem with the use of antipsychotic drugs is that the patient while much less psychotic doesn't like the feeling of near sanity and they either quit taking the drugs on purpose or because they remain so screwed up that they are incapable of following a drug taking regimen including getting prescription renewals. The result is what we have today. People can either take action based on reality or they can take action/inaction based on false premises that they use to virtue signal. That pretty much describes the political difference between the conservatives and classic liberals and leftards both high and low.

My experience is that they drug them and turn them lose. Right back out on the street, One dose and out the door. They even give them a bus token to go back to where they got arrested in the first place. That doesn't solve any problems.
